This patient is a 64 year old women seeking facial rejuvenation. She feels her face is aging and has cosmetic concerns regarding the appearance of the her forehead, upper eyelids, face and excess laxity of neck and cheek area. She underwent a bilateral temporal brow lift, bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasties, facial and cervical rhitidectomy with submental lipectomy and neck liposuction. After photos are 8 week post op.
